I am a pediatric OT and a mom of four terrific kids ages 7-13. I have been an OT for 17 years now graduating from Kansas University. I have worked in public schools, in pediatric therapy clinics, and as a contract pediatric Occupational Therapist. My most favorite role is that of mom. I homeschool my 4 kids and several afternoons a week, I see kids, birth through high school, privately in my home for Occupational Therapy. I also contract with Paths to Independence, a school for children with Autism. Like other OT blogs, this is a place for me to share my thoughts, ideas, and activities for parents, friends, and others. I am not giving medical advice, just sharing resources and activities that I found helpful. I welcome any suggestions, comments, questions, and feedback.

What a wonderful summary!
This would have been a great challenge for my students.
I think I'll make this a Monday assignment. I might let them write a haiku for 2009.
It would take a great deal of thought for me to summarize 2008.
Maybe...
Run, Read, Teach. Revelations from God.
Great summary- - -I think that could summarize just about every year.
Dalene- you reminded me that I left out "run" for my 2008 summary. That was a VERY big part of 08- -I am ticked that I left it out.
